Michael Adcock, pianist, will
join us on March 15, 2008 performing Saint-Saens’ Piano Concerto No. 2 in
g minor. Mr. Adcock is a native of Danville; completed his secondary
education at The North Carolina School of the Arts; took his Bachelor’s
degree from the Oberlin College-Conservatory; received his Master’s degree
and Artist Diploma from the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, MD and
completed his Doctorate of Musical Arts at The Peabody Conservatory.
Mr. Adcock resides in Washington, DC. He is a member of the faculty of the
Washington Conservatory of Music and maintains an active performance
schedule.
